She started to share her knowledge as a Pilates Instructor in Panama, where she had wonderful experiences with different kind of students/clients, from beginner fitness levels to people training for IronMan triathlons. She strongly believes that Pilates can change people's lives, by the full-body movement and integration: mind, body and spirit. In her classes, she is always committed to make people feel healthier and happier. Cathy is from Venezuela and lives in Wheaton since Fall 2015. When she is not teaching, she loves to do Pilates and keep learning from other instructors at Club Pilates Glen Ellyn. She is a mom of one girl and one boy and always enjoys spending time with her family, biking, going to the beach (Michigan Lake here), gardening and living new experiences during winter times. She really feels blessed being part of the team Club Pilates Glen Ellyn!

Lee Ann took her first Pilates mat class in 2011 and was surprised how much she enjoyed adding the challenge of the full-body workout to supplement her cardio exercise routines. She appreciated the breath-centered, core-strengthening, controlled movements that left her feeling accomplished and strong. Trying reformer based Pilates for the first time after having her first child took Lee Ann's interest in Pilates to a whole new level and she dove in to comprehensive Pilates training through Club Pilates with passion and dedication. Lee Ann loves that Pilates truly is for everyone and that it can help you become the person you want to be. She says she became a new version of herself between the day she took her first reformer class and now- teaching those classes and sharing the Pilates love with others. Her other passions include playing with her daughter and son, spending time with family, drinking coffee, being outside in the sun, and reading.
Lynne was first introduced to Pilates at her local gym through classical mat and fell in love with reformer Pilates the day the studio opened! One of her fitness passions has been running and training for 5ks, 10ks, and half-marathons, which often left her feeling exhausted and unable to keep up with training programs or exercise consistently. Since finding Reformer Pilates, it has helped her become whole body strong and able to keep up with a consistent workout routine. She loves pilates because it has become not only a fitness plan, but a healthy lifestyle. She loves how it strengthens the whole body, while offering several opportunities for challenge and improvement. Working diligently through Club Pilates training program, Lynne has found a true passion for Pilates and how it can help everyone and anyone achieve their goal. She loves to share that passion in her classes to make sure everyone leaves feeling strong, re-energized, and ready to do life! When Lynne is not teaching Pilates she is busy teaching her fifth grade students, running around with her sons Levi and Carter, cooking new recipes, and going on adventures with her husband.
Carmela's high energy classes are always fun and challenging! Her encouraging and positive attitude will have you feeling ready to take on the rest of your day with a smile and a healthy amount of soreness!
Stephanie’s knowledge of mat Pilates started when she was going through her dance program at Northern Illinois University where she graduated and continued to be a competitive dance instructor for 6 years. It wasn’t until the beginning of 2018 when Stephanie enrolled in the Club Pilates Teacher Training that her horizon broadened in the Pilates world being trained on the reformer, TRX, Exo chair and barre. With her extensive background in dance, she fully appreciates and understands the importance of injury prevention as well as total body maintenance in all areas of fitness and she believes Pilates offers just that. Stephanie started teaching at Club Pilates Glen Ellyn in September of 2018 and has really taking a liking to fusion classes where she has the foundation of Pilates practices while mixing in different equipment and props accompanied by a well thought out playlist of eclectic music! Outside of the studio Stephanie works in child advocacy and event planning while also pursuing her personal training certification and deepening her Pilates practice.
Ali completed Club Pilates teacher training under Master Trainer Pamela Paley who was a student of Ron Fletcher, who learned directly from Joseph Pilates. The 500 hour program includes studying anatomy, the history and benefits of Pilates, as well as how to properly guide you through using all of the equipment in the studio. She's been teaching since May 2018 and has been practicing Pilates for almost 10 years. Ali has a BS in Theater Arts from the University of Iowa and Masters degree in Teaching. She loves teaching Pilates and seeing the joy that the dramatic physical and mental transformations brings to her students. Ali enjoys teaching beginners with creative, easy to understand cues and ways to focus on their own range of motion. She likes the challenge of working with people with injuries or limitations as well as people who have never seen themselves as someone who works out. Ali says "I truly believe that everyone can be successful in their Pilates journey if they are willing to have some fun and explore the movement." When not in the studio, she enjoys spending time around Geneva with her guy, Kevin and their awesome dog, Bunker.
Brenna was hooked on Pilates after her first Reformer class! Years of cheerleading and long distance running took a toll on her back and knees so she was amazed at the strength, flexibility and body awareness she gained and continues to gain through Pilates. Pilates seemed to be right in line with her existing passion and strive for a healthy mind, body and soul so she decided to enroll in the Club Pilates Training program and has been teaching since 2018! She is excited about the challenge that teaching OR taking Pilates presents each day and loves to see others fall in love with Pilates just like she has. Her favorite thing about teaching at Club Pilates is that it provides opportunities for all different kinds of bodies to enjoy this practice. She is also CPGE's General Manager, but when you don't see her in the studio she is busy looking for new adventures and spending time with family and friends!
